Stay away from all breads, pastas, and potatoes. So basically starve yourself and you will remain healthy. When I’m at the grocery store I come across so many people, mainly type 2 diabetcs, who are so lost as to what to buy and what to eat. These days not all breads are bad. Stay away from the ordinary white and wheat breads but dark breads are good and especially multi grains or healthy whites and wheat’s.
Sweet potatoes are great for diabetics, sprinkle with cinammon and add some butter and the taste is almost out of this word. Ordinary White’s and Wheats are garbage but their are so many healthy alternatives out there> The same holds true with pastas and potatoes. Two good books are SugarBusters and “The Blood Sugar Solution”. Both are very educational. I am type one and I still learned alot from these

I have done a lot of research and the first solution I found was to eat smaller meals every two hours> This is supposed to boost your metabolism. Remember when we were kids and we could eat 5 times a day and still lose weight? Nutrisystems has a great diet like this and they will send you all the meal kits you will need. Yeah there is a cost for this.
After some more research I found out there are a lot of different foods where your stomach will burn more calories than the food contains> Take broccoli as an example. A handful contains just 25 calories yet our stomach will burn 75 calories just to digest this amount. The link I gave in the first article on this blog takes you to a book that will give 150 foods and recipes that by using their diet you will actually lose the pounds.
Now if you combine this last diet with the one that will boost your metabolism Then you’ve just hit a grand slam home run. Wouldn’t it be great to eat until full and lose weight?

I’ve tried so many times to get six pack abs but at the same time I only wanted to work out only 30 minutes a day at most. Every diet is going to take some workout to get the maximum benefit. Muscle building comes from exercise not diet alone. Nutrisystems has a great diet but no instruyctions or even a video on anything regarding exercise.
The only diet programs I will even look at must include some exercise. My brothger has the six pack abs but he has been spending an hour or so each day xercising. He maily jumps rope and stays fit. My mother works out a half hour at a time 3 days per week. They have routines which I could do, don’t get me wrong I need a good plan I’m just not sure whether I can set aside as much time as they do trying to get six pack abs. I do want to lose my middle but I probably won’t get the six pack look.
Now I do like the concept where I can be on a special diet and only have to work out for 20 minutes at a time. rather than having to work out for extended periods of time 20 minutes at a time i can handle. All the programs that you will see me endorse on this blog will be programs that contain both diet and a 20 minute workout.
If you want six pack abs then it’s going to take both work and time. Don’t expect overnight results. I’ve seen all these gizmos that they say you where around your middle. There is a lot of hair brained scams out there so please be carefull and check everything out. I check everything out on sites like ripoffreport and the BBB. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. You need to perform stomach and lower back exercises in order to get the abs that you desire.

Over the years I’ve looked at a lot of reports, books and video’s about dieting and exercising. I’ve always been somewhat on the thin side but over the years I’ve gained a little weight on my mid section and to this day I would love to get rid of the extra baggage.
Excercise is good and at one time I was working out about two hours a day. I tried both cardio and weight lifting. I’ve come to realize that you need a mixture of both. If you are weight lifting and not eating any extra that muscle has to come from someplace so converting fat to muscle will help you get into better shape. For my cardio I tried both the stationary bike and the eliptical. I never lost a lot of excess weight with working out, but the weight that I lost would stay off as long as I continued to exercise. I have to admit that I am like most people and I always looked for ways where I didn’t spend so much time at the gym.
My father lost 45 pounds and 6 inches from his waste by changing his eating habits. Unfortunately I am diabetic and I cannot cut sweets out altogether. I am going to give away a free report to subscribers which lists 36 foods that will help get a more attractive middle, maybe even help you get six pack abs. The only area that the report lack’s is recipe’s.
One of the books I found with my research is called “Fit Over Forty” which basically allows you to read what other people have found that worked for them. Another book I have found to be good gives you a bunch of recipes as well as over 100 foods that will help you lose your middle section. http://tinyurl.com/8c8etfv
